Executive Order 10631: Code of Conduct for members of the Armed Forces of the United States
Code of Conduct
Section 1. General Server Rules
A - All members must have their profiles in arma connected to the 91st airborne unit (tags) Probationary members excluded.
B - All members need to be registered on the forums.
C - All member names must follow the set layout as follows; Rank Initial. Name “Pvt E. Example”
D - All members must Respect the Rank System. This means that you have to respect that this is a Mil-Sim Server and a chain of command is used.
E - We will not tollerate racism/discrimination including sexual harasment towards anyone either on the private server or public server.
F - No trolling is allowed on the server.
G - All members must meet the visual standards, which means no face paints or dirt on the avatars.
H - Members are not allowed to use the communication channels (side channel…) during operations, unless they are requesting teleportation or going afk.
I - All members are expected to follow the rules and regulations.
J - All members must behave in a respectful manner to all public players on our public server regardless of any provacation or abuse.
K - Members must use their 91st Airborne unit tags when on the 91st AB public server.
L - Members are expected to help and encourage fair play and help new players to follow the rules of the server.
M - In case any of the mentioned and following rules are broken the member may be punished depending on the severity of the offence.
N - English is the only language either spoken or written allowed during operations & training UNLESS it is essential for translating purposes, no singing in any language apart from English (unit cohesion)

Section 1.1 Addressing other Ranks
1. When a member comes in contact with a Officer it is optional to salute, however you need to address the Officer by rank first at all times. (optional: name after rank.)
2. When a member comes in contact with an NCO he does not salute, address him by rank first at all times. (Optional: name after rank.)
3. Enlisted members never salute each other and may address each other by name.
4. When one member out ranks another they may address them by name. (This goes for ALL ranks)

*THIS IS ONLY DONE DURRING OPERATIONS AND WHEN OFFICIAL STUFF IS HAPPENING ON THE SERVER (TRAININGS ETC.)*

PUNISHMENT:
We use a Strike System. You will get a strike depending on the severity of the offence, PFC and above are allowed upto 3 Strikes before they are removed from the unit, Privates are only allowed 2 Strikes before they are removed from the unit, however if a private on probation recieves a strike, he is removed from the unit without appeal. This is because each strike has a consequence:

1st Strike
The member will be formally warned and a strike will be added next to their name on the Unit Roll Call.

2nd Strike (PFC or above)
The member will be demoted down according to the nature of the offence.

3rd Strike
The member will be removed and banned from the unit.

Section 2. Accomodation Rules
A - All members must spawn in their correct area, reflecting their platoon designation and rank.
B - Members are not allowed to climb on buildings and other objects.
C - All members must be wearing barrack dresses reflecting their rank.
D - A member is only allowed to put on combat gear if he is planning to leave the accommodation.
E - The medical department and medical vehicles are only to be used by medics.
F - No member is allowed to go to the Company Headquarters area, without being escorted by one of the NCO’S or CO’s.
G - Members are not allowed to carry any weapons in this area. Only CO’S are allowed to have firearms on their person, but must have them holstered in their inventory.
H - Members are not allowed to take the designated NCO or CO Vehicles.

Sub Section Motor Pool:
1-Members are not allowed to use the GMC’s for transportation.
2-All members must get permission from NCO’s to use the jeeps for transportation and must bring them back when they are done using them. In case there are no NCO’s or CO’s online the members may use the Jeeps, but must return them to the motor pool in perfect condition.
3-If the member destroys the jeep or leaves it out of the motor pool, he must inform one of the NCO’s or CO’S on the discord.
4-If a member fails to do as instructed his permission to use the Jeeps may be revoked.

Section 3. Training Base Rules
A - All members must be wearing the correct combat gear, reflecting their role and rank.
B - Members are not allowed to take any vehicles from the training base.
C - Members are not allowed to climb on buildings or other objects.
D - No member can carry a weapon on base unless moving out on operations or at the firing range.

Section 4. Airfield Rules
A - Members are not allowed to take Vehicles/Aircraft from the airfield without permission.
B - Members are allowed to wear both barrack dresses or combat gear on the airfield.
C - Weapons must be Holstered Appropriately. weapons must be facing down or on the back with safety on at all times when on the airfield.
D - Vehicles must always be parked in the motor pool on the airfield.
E - No one is allowed to board the planes without the NCO’s or CO’s permission.
F - Members are not allowed to drive or walk on the runway unless told otherwise.
G - Members are not allowed to go to the NCO’s and CO’s briefing/debriefing area.
H - No one is allowed to climb on buildings or other objects.

Section 5. Shooting Range Rules
A - All Members must be wearing the correct combat gear, reflecting their role and rank.
B - Vehicles must be parked in designated areas at all times.
C - Members are not allowed to take vehicles from the shooting range.
D - Members are not allowed to climb on buildings or other objects.
E - Members are only allowed to use their weapons on designated ranges.
F - Members are allowed to use only era appropriate weapons on the range.
G - Members must ensure they do not leave objects on the floor around the arsenals - this clutters up the server for no reason.
H - Members must follow the correct safety procedures.

Sub Section:- Shooting Range Safety Procedures:
1. Always keep firearms pointed in a safe direction.
2. Members must not point their weapon at another Person.
3. Members must always use firing points.
4. Immediately stop shooting when anyone calls "Cease firing."
5. No one is allowed to move down the firing rang.
6. There is a half-hour time limit for use of the range if other members are waiting.
7. Members must warn others if they are planning to use the AT or pyrotechnics range.

Section 6. Mortar Range Rules
A - All members must wear the correct combat gear, reflecting their role and rank.
B - All vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
C - Members are not allowed to take any vehicles from the mortar range.
D - No one is allowed to climb on buildings or other objects.
E - Other members must be warned if anyone is planning to use the mortar.
F - Mortars are only allowed to fire on targets inside of the mortar range.
G - Mortars must be kept facing down range.

Section 7. Sniper Range Rules
A - The Sniper range is closed to members without the permission of Captain B. Compton.
B - Members must be accompanied by authorised personnel.
C - Rifles must be kept pointing down range.
D - Members must be wearing the correct combat equipment on the Sniper Range.
E - No one is allowed to climb on buildings or other objects.
F - Members are not allowed to take any vehicles from the sniper range.
G - All vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
H - Members must ensure they do not leave objects on the floor around the arsenals - this clutters up the server for no reason.
